How long is the workshop?
The workshop is two days, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with an hour lunch break. Though it may seem like a long day, you will receive so much information in such an entertaining way that the time will fly. Everything we discuss is critical to the overall process and your individual growth.
What is the format of the workshop?
The class alternates between lecture and meditation practice. Each principle of meditation is discussed in detail, followed by a meditation to enhance the skills taught.
What should I wear?
Dress comfortably in layers. During lecture you may get hot, but your body temperature almost always drops while you meditate.
What level of experience do I need to attend the workshop?
Beginner to advanced students have taken the course and gained incredible benefits. Regardless of your level of experience with meditation, you will feel comfortable and enhance your learning journey
What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat or blanket for the meditations we do lying down. You may also want to bring a blanket to cover you during the meditations and a small pillow if you have neck issues.
What does the Workshop include?
Besides a wealth of amazing information, you will leave with a detailed workbook for your future review and access to the Living Consciously Meditation App that has over 20 guided meditation recorded for you to practice at home.
What can I expect to gain from the course?
Though everyone's experience and take-home message is different, you can expect to walk away with a firm knowledge of the main types of meditation, how to have a successful personal meditation practice, and how to incorporate the skills taught in your daily life.
